a. Governmental Procedures: Share data with the Secretaries of State (in. Delaware, Wyoming) and the IRS for the formation of the company and obtaining tax numbers.

b. Banking Services: Assist in the pre-calculation and opening of commercial bank accounts (e.g. Mercury, Relay, Brex).

Accounting: Process your transactions to generate financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).

Compliance: Verify your identity to prevent fraud and comply with the Banking Secret Law (BSA) and OFAC regulations.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties:

Rhemex Business DOES NOT sell, rent or sell your financial or personal data. However, it is necessary to share information with the following entities to perform your service:

a. Government Agencies: IRS (Internal Revenue Service), USPTO (Oficina de Patentes y Marcas) and Secretaries of State. This information becomes part of public records, except in states with privacy laws such as New Mexico or Wyoming.

Accuracy: We are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is truthful. Providing false information in federal documents may constitute perjury.
